Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication for channel-supported client accounts
- Support onboarding for channel clients and ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by analyzing campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, client success, or account management within the IT Channel space
- Familiarity with the channel ecosystem, including vendors and distributors
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
