Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communication for channel-supported client accounts
  • Support onboarding for channel clients and ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables
  • Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by analyzing campaign performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, client success, or account management within the IT Channel space
  • Familiarity with the channel ecosystem, including vendors and distributors
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
