Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, consultative relationships with employer clients to support their mental health initiatives
• Manage enrollment marketing and campaign planning to enhance program awareness and client engagement
• Prepare reporting for client meetings and manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise account management experience
• Strong interpersonal aptitude with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and drive decisions proactively
• Proficiency in building presentations and analyzing data, with familiarity in Looker and Salesforce preferred
• Interest in healthcare and mental health, with a passion for improving lives
