Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support and grow cloud and digital services customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers and lead onboarding activities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Account Managers on account strategy, renewals, and contract activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery
  • Experience with cloud technologies (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
  • Problem-solving mindset
