Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to support and grow cloud and digital services customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers and lead onboarding activities
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Account Managers on account strategy, renewals, and contract activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery
- Experience with cloud technologies (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
- Problem-solving mindset
