Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to drive customer retention, growth, and overall client health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and establish strong relationships with clients
  • Oversee the renewal process and implement proactive strategies to protect revenue
  • Monitor customer health and drive improvements through defined metrics and plans
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
  • Proven track record in achieving Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR) targets
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with measurable revenue responsibility
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
