Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 Corporate segment clients, managing account health and engagement
- Build multi-threaded relationships and establish mutual success plans with clients, tracking progress against defined milestones
- Drive product adoption, monitor account health, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Experience owning commercial renewal cycles and risk identification
- Familiarity with field service management or landscaping industries is a plus
