Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide a positive first impression
- Conduct daily 1:1 coaching calls and weekly group sessions to support client engagement
- Manage renewals, upgrades, and difficult conversations professionally
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Sales experience with a focus on guiding conversations
- Experience in coaching or mentorship in both 1:1 and group settings
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Full-time availability from 8AM-6PM EST, Monday-Friday
