Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 municipal clients, focusing on value retention and long-term success
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize product impact and adherence to best practices
- Lead account planning and performance reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or a client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing relationships and driving client engagement
- Experience with SaaS platforms and translating product value into business outcomes
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ChurnZero, and Salesforce
