Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead account planning and performance reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or a client-facing role
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and driving client engagement
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and translating product value into business outcomes
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ChurnZero, and Salesforce
