Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to enhance client experiences across digital design and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a high-performing client success function to retain clients and demonstrate value
  • Own post-sale client relationships and lead onboarding and project kickoff
  • Track client health, manage risks, and produce value reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a digital agency
  • Proven ability to manage high-touch relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through on multiple projects
  • Strong AI/tooling fluency and experience with digital products
  • Comfortable using project management tools like ClickUp
