Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a high-performing client success function to retain clients and demonstrate value
- Own post-sale client relationships and lead onboarding and project kickoff
- Track client health, manage risks, and produce value reporting
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a digital agency
- Proven ability to manage high-touch relationships with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong follow-through on multiple projects
- Strong AI/tooling fluency and experience with digital products
- Comfortable using project management tools like ClickUp
