Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to enhance platform usage and spending growth
- Meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets
- Develop strategic roadmaps and advise clients on best practices for gifting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales roles
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments
- Strong commercial instinct with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing
- Highly proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
