Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager- TPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare payor and provider organizations
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and drive product adoption
• Monitor client performance metrics and assist in issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in the healthcare payor or technology industry
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape
• Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
