Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee long-term relationships with Health System and clinical laboratory partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts, including C-Suite executives
- Conduct quarterly and monthly reviews to assess account health, performance, and client satisfaction
- Gather client feedback and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating training for new users
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Client Success or Account Management role, preferably in healthcare or health-tech
- Strong understanding of hospital lab operations and healthcare clinical workflows
- Proven ability to engage with clinical executives and present complex data effectively
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools and data environments
- Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and managing risks
