Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee long-term relationships with Health System and clinical laboratory partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts, including C-Suite executives
  • Conduct quarterly and monthly reviews to assess account health, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Gather client feedback and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating training for new users
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Client Success or Account Management role, preferably in healthcare or health-tech
  • Strong understanding of hospital lab operations and healthcare clinical workflows
  • Proven ability to engage with clinical executives and present complex data effectively
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools and data environments
  • Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and managing risks
