Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success or related client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and manage multiple relationships effectively
- Experience in coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Strong capability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms preferred
