Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success or related client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and manage multiple relationships effectively
  • Experience in coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Strong capability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms preferred
