Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact from project kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring project milestones are met and risks are flagged early
- Enforce scope discipline and handle change requests while maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or client delivery at a software services or consulting firm
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
- Experience in a Kanban-style, agent-orchestrated project management model
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
- Ability to manage high-volume, high-context-switching engagements effectively
