Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage client relationships focused on pre-employment screening needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture client relationships through value-added conversations and industry insights
  • Monitor client health and ensure alignment of products and services with client hiring needs
  • Deliver business reviews and drive client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management preferred
  • Experience working for a CRA or HRIS platform
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
