Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage client relationships focused on pre-employment screening needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships through value-added conversations and industry insights
- Monitor client health and ensure alignment of products and services with client hiring needs
- Deliver business reviews and drive client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management preferred
- Experience working for a CRA or HRIS platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
