Job Summary

Client Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for building relationships with K12 clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned K12 clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets and expand client services
  • Maintain records of client interactions and participate in regular meetings to discuss account status and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, education, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in K12 education
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the K12 education landscape, including current challenges and trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
