Job Summary
Client Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for building relationships with K12 clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned K12 clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets and expand client services
- Maintain records of client interactions and participate in regular meetings to discuss account status and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, education, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in K12 education
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the K12 education landscape, including current challenges and trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
