Job Summary
Client Success Manager, a full-time position focused on improving operational efficiency and process excellence within the Client Services division, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and quality assurance
- Manage high-priority internal projects and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Handle third-party vendor relationships, including procurement and performance oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Operations Management
- 2-3 years of experience in client services or pharmacy benefit management
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and project management
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
- Familiarity with project management tools and process documentation standards
