Job Summary

Client Success Manager, responsible for supporting ERP software adoption, processing renewals, and managing customer requests in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and support the renewal process, including pricing and package changes
  • Conduct regular customer outreach and follow-up meetings, including project completion reviews
  • Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries and delegate support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Customer Success
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer success or sales in the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of SaaS business model and metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with accounting is a plus
