Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, oversee implementation of healthcare solutions, and drive member engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic lead for employer clients throughout the client lifecycle
- Drive and manage the implementation of Carrum Health's solutions, including deployment and contract renewals
- Deliver reports and presentations to clients, making recommendations aligned with their goals and objectives
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in client success/account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to expand client relationships and maximize retention
- Strong operational and reporting skills with a focus on process improvement
- Proven storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
