Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, oversee implementation of healthcare solutions, and drive member engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic lead for employer clients throughout the client lifecycle
  • Drive and manage the implementation of Carrum Health's solutions, including deployment and contract renewals
  • Deliver reports and presentations to clients, making recommendations aligned with their goals and objectives
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in client success/account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to expand client relationships and maximize retention
  • Strong operational and reporting skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Proven storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
