Job Summary

Supporting the adoption of ERP software, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage customer renewals, provide customizations, and conduct regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Initiate and support the renewal process, including pricing and addressing customer inquiries
  • Build quotes and statements of work while managing pricing for existing customers
  • Conduct regular customer outreach, including feedback requests and project completion reviews
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or relevant experience in Customer Success
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success or sales within the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model and associated metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience in accounting is a plus
