Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Manager will develop expertise in LEAP Software, manage client relationships, and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and reduce churn.
Key responsibilities
- Become a product expert and communicate the LEAP product ethos to clients and external parties
- Measure and report on client onboarding and product adoption KPIs while acting as the voice of the clients
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and provide regular contact and support to clients
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a technology company or legal background
- Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline
- Thorough understanding of law firm culture and expectations
- LEAP certification or aptitude for quick learning
- In-depth knowledge of the latest versions of Word, Excel, and Outlook
