Job Summary

Driving client adoption and program success, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will build strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring effective implementation of learning initiatives and alignment with business priorities.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive client adoption and program success by ensuring learning initiatives are effectively implemented and utilized
  • Serve as an advisor to client stakeholders, translating business challenges into actionable learning strategies
  • Monitor key health indicators and proactively identify risks to client success, activating appropriate action plans
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or account management within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and customer engagement across a portfolio of clients
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, including program owners and leadership
  • Proficiency using core business systems, including CRM platforms and customer engagement tools
  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
