Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and profitability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication
  • Coordinate and oversee client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Monitor billing effectiveness and cash flow, providing recommendations for productivity and profitability improvements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in physician revenue cycle management, including accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting
  • Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures, with an understanding of the regulatory environment
  • Experience with Practice Management and EMR systems related to production and client reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to build effective client relationships and work independently
