Job Summary
To ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients, design tailored success plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement client success plans that address individual client challenges and objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and addressing concerns
