Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of new clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will focus on training customers on products, monitoring spending behaviors, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Providing consultative advice to customers and optimizing program activities to boost client performance
- Building strong partnerships and alignment with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining an organized pipeline within the client management platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven to ten years of client support, relationship management, or sales experience
- Ability to learn technology platforms and train others effectively
- Experience in sales or a strong desire to transition into a sales role
- Knowledge of credit card or commercial card products and services
