Job Summary
Supporting the Client Success team, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will assist in managing relationships with healthcare payor clients, drive product adoption, and ensure client satisfaction through technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizations
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective training and product utilization
- Act as a point of contact for client issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within the healthcare payor or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including key challenges and opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
