Job Summary
Owning the full client lifecycle, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage onboarding, account management, and client communications while collaborating with the media buying team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading performance reviews and strategy sessions
- Oversee the client onboarding process and coordinate with media buyers for campaign readiness
- Monitor campaign results and communicate updates to clients, proactively addressing concerns
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as client success or account management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in native-level American English
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign metrics
- Proficiency in Google Suite, project management tools, and CRM systems
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
