Client Success Manager

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of hospitals and health systems into a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), the full-time Client Success Manager will oversee implementation processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with contract agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of GPO services for healthcare clients
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or implementation/project management
• Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply chain operations
• Financial analysis experience is a plus
• Excellent relationship-building and change management skills
