Job Summary
Driving customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time Sr. Client Success Manager will collaborate with various teams to enhance client relationships and ensure optimal outcomes throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and support
- Own and manage Net Revenue Retention and Gross Retention outcomes for assigned accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive Success Plans for clients, ensuring achievement of defined objectives and adoption milestones
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Client Success or customer-facing roles within a Managed Services or IT services organization
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios, including renewals and expansions
- Experience developing and executing Success Plans and managing health metrics for technology services engagements
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth
- Solid understanding of Client Success metrics, processes, and best practices
