Job Summary

Supporting the Client Success team, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will assist in managing client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring healthcare payor clients achieve their desired outcomes through technology solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizations
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective training and utilization of products and services
  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide ongoing support to drive product adoption and resolve issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within the healthcare payor or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including key challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex client issues
