Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of 18-25 high-growth brands primarily on Amazon, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will focus on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships, while leading a cross-functional team to drive client satisfaction and advocacy.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and retention by building trust with C-suite executives and proactively addressing churn risks
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities, creating scopes of work and shifting client perceptions to view services as investments
  • Lead strategic discussions and internal team alignment to ensure unified goals and successful onboarding of new brands
Required qualifications
  • High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to turn tense client situations into successful outcomes
  • Fluency in Amazon marketplace dynamics, including Seller Central, TACoS, and BSR
  • Demonstrated history of identifying untapped revenue opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Experience acting as a trusted consultant, capable of challenging client assumptions with data-driven insights
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data clearly to executive stakeholders
