Job Summary
Owning the client relationship and marketing strategy for a portfolio of approximately 30 accounts, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will direct creative campaigns, analyze performance data, and maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies, including lead generation and retargeting campaigns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategy calls and providing clear performance insights
- Identify upsell opportunities and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables through collaboration with the fulfillment team
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or customer success in a digital marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO
- Strong verbal communication skills and a commanding presence in client conversations
- Proven ability to think strategically and adjust plans based on performance data
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools
