Job Summary
Managing client relationships in a remote full-time capacity, the Client Success Manager will monitor client health, prevent escalations, and coordinate crisis responses while ensuring effective communication across teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a real-time view of client accounts and track indicators to flag at-risk clients
- Identify patterns leading to client escalations and coordinate proactive outreach to mitigate issues
- Lead crisis response efforts, coordinating internal resources and communicating with clients during escalations
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage high-pressure situations
- Experience handling high-level client escalations and retention conversations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and follow-through
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management, and ticketing systems
