Job Summary

Managing client relationships in a remote full-time capacity, the Client Success Manager will monitor client health, prevent escalations, and coordinate crisis responses while ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain a real-time view of client accounts and track indicators to flag at-risk clients
  • Identify patterns leading to client escalations and coordinate proactive outreach to mitigate issues
  • Lead crisis response efforts, coordinating internal resources and communicating with clients during escalations
Required qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
  • Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage high-pressure situations
  • Experience handling high-level client escalations and retention conversations effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and follow-through
  • Familiarity with CRMs, project management, and ticketing systems
