Job Summary
Driving client satisfaction and revenue expansion, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients using Sage Intacct, focusing on renewals, upselling, and ensuring software adoption through strategic relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Own the renewal cycle and pursue upsell opportunities while maintaining high retention rates
- Proactively educate clients on new features and develop tailored adoption plans to enhance software utilization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as an escalation partner for complex issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B software environment
- Demonstrated track record of managing renewals and achieving retention and expansion targets
- Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or comparable ERP/accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts such as AP/AR and financial reporting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for tracking pipeline and activities
