Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the company's operating system while ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts to enhance adoption, retention, and expansion efforts
  • Execute proactive outreach aligned with client goals and conduct customer success reviews
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans to improve customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong ability to lead structured business conversations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
