Job Summary

To support and grow agency and brand relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor to help activate, manage, and measure audience-based advertising campaigns through OpenAP's platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of agency clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Lead pre-campaign planning, campaign activation support, and post-campaign reporting while consulting clients on audience activation strategies
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client outcomes and maintain operational excellence across client requests and deliverables
Required qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience within advertising, media, ad technology, television, or streaming
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for developing client-facing reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously
  • Familiarity with advertising agency workflows and the campaign management lifecycle
