Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Client Success will oversee client portfolios, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive client retention and growth strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Success Managers to achieve performance goals
- Oversee client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and address complex client relationships
- Establish and implement processes, metrics, and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in client service, customer success, or account management in the retirement industry
- 2+ years of people leadership experience with direct management responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in client retention and service delivery management
- In-depth knowledge of the retirement plan industry, with ASPPA/NIPA designations preferred or willingness to obtain within one year of hire
