Job Summary
Managing key strategic accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will oversee post-sales activities, enhance client relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams to optimize campaign performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale client requests, including campaign launch and optimizations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and regular engagement
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, collaborating with the Campaign Manager to optimize based on client success metrics
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a media agency planning/investment role or a Client Success role within the adtech or programmatic industry
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, including ad serving and key industry partners
- Experience in managing customer relationships, client meetings, and media planning/RFPs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Passion for digital advertising and familiarity with HCP/DTC pharmaceutical knowledge is a plus
