Job Summary
Supporting the Client Success team, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure healthcare payor clients achieve their desired outcomes through technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizations
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective training and utilization of products and services
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide ongoing support to enhance product adoption and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within the healthcare payor or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including key challenges and opportunities
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively
