Job Summary

Managing assigned accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will build relationships with new customers, develop strategies to achieve their objectives, and ensure successful integration of products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle assigned accounts to meet or exceed quotas and manage renewals and growth goals
  • Build relationships with customers and collaborate with technical support to address complex questions
  • Monitor customer usage and health metrics, conducting business appraisals to enhance product uptake
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or client success roles
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and Gainsight for tracking sales activities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of the education technology industry and product offerings
