Job Summary
Managing assigned accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will build relationships with new customers, develop strategies to achieve their objectives, and ensure successful integration of products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle assigned accounts to meet or exceed quotas and manage renewals and growth goals
- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with technical support to address complex questions
- Monitor customer usage and health metrics, conducting business appraisals to enhance product uptake
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or client success roles
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Gainsight for tracking sales activities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of the education technology industry and product offerings
