Job Summary

Working remotely and focusing on client relationships, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage key accounts, ensure seamless customer experiences, and collaborate with Sales to drive growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new accounts, ensuring they are set up for success
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and resolve any issues preventing account expansion
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success, account management, or sales
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer issues
