Job Summary
Working remotely and focusing on client relationships, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage key accounts, ensure seamless customer experiences, and collaborate with Sales to drive growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new accounts, ensuring they are set up for success
- Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and resolve any issues preventing account expansion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success, account management, or sales
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
- A proven track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer issues
