Job Summary
Leading a high-performing Client Success team, the full-time remote Manager, Client Success will manage and coach professionals, drive operational excellence, and enhance long-term client satisfaction through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop junior personnel, including performance reviews and individual development planning
- Own team-wide staffing plans, workload distribution, and coverage models to ensure operational continuity
- Analyze performance trends and translate insights into clear, actionable plans to improve efficiency and service quality
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in client experience, customer success, or operational leadership, with at least three years in a people management role
- Proven ability to lead operational initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into strategic action
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional outcomes
- Demonstrated success managing and developing team members through performance reviews and coaching
