Job Summary
To support a dynamic Amazon growth agency, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will own 20-40 client accounts, driving results through data analysis, strategic onboarding, and precise execution while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring accountability for results and retention
- Analyze performance metrics weekly, diagnosing issues proactively and communicating effectively with clients
- Implement structured processes for account management, coordinating closely with PPC strategists to achieve optimal outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success management or account management at a digital/e-commerce agency, preferably with Amazon experience
- Proven ability to manage 20+ client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality
- Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, and conversion rates
- Fluent in English, with advanced written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
