Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Client Success Manager, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, develop customized marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of customized marketing strategies that align with client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing requests and managing projects through an internal system
• Analyze data from industry platforms to create actionable insights and comprehensive campaign performance reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies, including proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
