Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Principal Client Success Manager, the successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead project initiatives, and motivate their team to improve processes and performance while ensuring continuous client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and oversee contract governance and documentation
  • Lead project initiatives, manage requirement changes, and conduct client-facing meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Review project P&L to maximize revenue and profitability while developing processes for increased efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in project implementation and operation in the payment processing or customer service industry
  • 4 years of experience as a project manager for projects valued at ten million dollars or more
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to proactively develop and maintain solid business partnerships
