Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will focus on driving adoption of social commerce tools, increasing client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on strategies to maximize the value of Bazaarvoice software solutions, including social media management and content generation tools
- Execute high-value activities and manage the client lifecycle across a portfolio using productivity tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
- Promote new feature adoption and track trends to develop best practices for client engagement and success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, sales, marketing, or social media preferred
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization
- Passion for social media and a proactive, self-starter attitude
