Job Summary
Managing key client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing strategic guidance, overseeing the client journey, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight during the entire client journey, including implementation, optimization, and renewal
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct quarterly business reviews and align on client priorities and product usage
- Act as the voice of the client to various internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and support for client success
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 3 years plus an MBA, with a strong understanding of strategic client segments
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with senior leadership
- Data-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to new demands with a strong sense of urgency
