Job Summary

To support the Latin America team, the remote contract Client Success Manager will manage client engagement and retention activities, coordinate events, and enhance client relationships within the healthcare and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers to support senior executive clients in engagement and retention across the Latin America region
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, executive advisory sessions, and client calls, ensuring seamless delivery from scheduling to execution
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person client events, including executive roundtables and market briefings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, international affairs, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
