Job Summary
Managing strategic relationships with health system and clinical laboratory partners, the fully remote Client Success Manager will focus on client retention, account planning, and operational excellence while ensuring clients realize the full potential of SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
- Lead the quarterly business review process, presenting structured reports on performance and ROI to executive-level clients
- Gather client feedback to influence product development and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Growth/Sales team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Client Success or Account Management role, preferably in healthcare or laboratory diagnostics
- Strong understanding of hospital lab operations and healthcare clinical workflows
- Proven ability to engage with clinical executives and present complex data effectively
- Experience using CRM tools to manage client data and track account health
- Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks
