Job Summary
Owning and growing strategic relationships with clients, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will focus on onboarding, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships post-sale, emphasizing renewals and expansion opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the client to Product by capturing feedback and advocating for enhancements
- Develop high-touch engagement strategies and maintain visibility into account health and renewal likelihood
Required qualifications
- Direct experience as a CSM or Account Manager in real estate firms or related sectors
- Deep technical proficiency in software configurations and implementation workflows
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment
- Strong relationship management skills focused on customer outcomes and retention
- Experience managing accounts of varying sizes, from SMB to Enterprise
