Job Summary
Managing a high-volume portfolio of clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will drive customer retention, product adoption, and engagement strategies for aesthetic practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver proactive guidance to customers, enhancing adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Execute scalable customer engagement strategies using automation and digital communication throughout the customer lifecycle
- Utilize AI tools to create personalized communications and identify customer health trends to prevent churn
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Client Success Management or Account Management with a high-volume book of business
- Experience with customer success platforms such as ChurnZero and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools to enhance customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and prioritize engagement efforts
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable customer success programs
